A highlight of this year’s Super Bowl was Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band’s performance. One thing stands clear when you watch them all play… They like one another. They work as a team. They’re having fun.

Each band member knows their roll without depending on “The Boss” for their success—they all have their specific talents outside of the group. Yet, they bring that talent together to create an outstanding band.

The E Street Band is exactly how an ideal practice’s team should operate. Well, maybe not dancing around the office with guitars and saxophones… but by working well together, having fun, and mastering specific job responsibilities—without depending on the boss (the dentist). They back up “The Boss” on stage, just like a dentist’s team backs him up in the office, creating happier patients, less cancellations, lower overhead, greater case acceptance and reduced stress.
