There are a number of ways to increase patient confidence in today’s economy. A creative method is by offering a “stimulus” package within your practice.

By that I mean…

  • Host a “lunch-and-learn” at your practice with free food, educational materials and prizes for patients to win
  • Reward patients who have referred a friend with a gift certificate to a popular restaurant
